To qualify for wholesale purchasing, you must be a registered business entity (retailer, online store, or boutique) with a valid business license or tax ID. Applications from individuals without business credentials will not be approved.

2. Minimum Order Requirement

Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale partners is 50 units per order, with flexible options depending on product category and stock availability.

3. Pricing & Discounts

All wholesale orders receive tiered discounts based on order volume. Qualified partners will gain access to exclusive wholesale pricing after approval. MetroThreadsCo reserves the right to adjust pricing or promotional terms without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be completed prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept bank transfer, PayPal Business, or major credit cards for wholesale orders.
  • All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars).

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship wholesale orders worldwide using trusted logistics providers. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination, order size, and selected shipping method. Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in their country.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, all wholesale sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence.

7. Branding & Resale Policy

Wholesale partners may not modify, rebrand, or reproduce MetroThreadsCo products without prior written permission. All marketing materials using the MetroThreadsCo name or imagery must be approved by our brand team.
